Every project is a creative collaboration.

Pure Creative International is a Hong Kong-based design firm which specialises in architectural interiors and project management. Founded in 1996, the firm has brought its unique vision to over 700 diverse projects around the world, including retail concept stores, award-winning restaurants, and intimate private residences.

Every project is a creative collaboration. Clients including Dior, Fendi, Cartier, Chaumet, Hermès, Jia Boutique Hotel, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and Van Cleef & Arpels have entrusted the firm with multiple design briefs over the years. With each unique design brief, the firm builds a talented team of professionals around the client’s specific needs. Artists, architects, and inspiring creative talents are commissioned from New York to Tokyo and beyond, transcending the traditional boundaries of design.

The firm’s varied portfolio is unified by a distinct design aesthetic: clean spaces are infused with elegant, sinuous lines, rich textures, and a subtle use of colour. Minimalism and warmth cleverly co- exist. Modern design, uncompromising quality, progressive solutions, and keen attention to detail define every Pure Creative International project.

Darryl W. Goveas, Founder and Director, says: “I like to create interiors where people feel and look good from the moment they walk in the door; where there is something new to discover everywhere they go.”  Born in Uganda of Indian descent, Goveas completed his design studies at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Visuels de La Cambre and the Centre des Arts Décoratifs in Brussels.  Upon graduation, Goveas worked with Henri Boiffils at J+H Boiffils, Paris, prior to establishing his own design studio in Hong Kong.
